Wholesale Pricing

All of our pricing online is the best possible wholesale price we can offer (so no need to waste your time contacting us about better pricing). The individual items are priced so you can check them out, get the test items you need and still get free freight on lots of different single products in one order. Once you are ready to buy in wholesale amounts, those prices are automatically calculated for you. On each product page click on the "Buy in bulk and save" link to see those prices.


We offer all of our products in as small of an increment as we can (most of them one) so you can check them out before buying. This is so we can keep our wholesale prices as low as possible for you when you are ready to buy the bulk purchase you need to make money.

Inventory / Items We Stock

All of the items we currently have available in our warehouse are listed right here online. Each individual product does list the current inventory we have on hand and as new shipments come in we update those details automatically right on the website. Should you be looking for other items that we don't currently stock, we can look into adding them to a future container shipment. Typically a minimum of a full case of that item would need to be purchased to consider it for future stocking assessment. Please just send us a note below with as much detail about the product including your expected usage.

Time and Temperature Suggestions

We feel that each sublimator is going to have their own perfect transfers settings for each product. Your ink set, transfer paper being used, heat press type and environment will determine your exact specification for the perfect transfer. Here are the settings used by our sister company,

Customer Pick-up Policy

We do not offer customer pick-up services. Our warehouse is a shared location and it is not capable of handling customer pick-ups. Save yourself the trip and take advantage of the free freight by ordering over $99 worth of product.

Shipping Policy

We provide free freight on all orders within the contiguous USA that are over $99. Orders under $99 can ship with a carrier of our choice for a low flat rate of $8.95. For Free Freight or Flat Rate orders we will select the best method of shipment from a variety of carriers, most often USPS, FedEx or FedEx SmartPost. This economy/free shipping setting offers shipments to 48 states within a reasonable delivery time of up to 6 business days. Please note that many Free Freight and Flat Rate orders will go via FedEx Smart Post where FedEx bring the package to your town and then passes the order to your local Post Office. So regardless of your location this service does take a couple of extra days. Should you have an immediate need please select a different shipping option outside of Free or Flat Rate shipping. All orders that are placed by 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day depending on stock.  

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will take any product back for up to 6 months from the purchase date no questions asked. We will give you a full refund (less any extra shipping costs) in the form of a store credit upon receipt of the products in good condition. Should you require a refund to your credit card, there will be a 10% restock fee reduced from the refund amount. The cost to ship the products back to us is the buyer's responsibility and we suggest shipping it by some sort of an insured method as we can not take responsibility for loss or damage by the shipping company.

Damaged Item Policy

Should an item get damaged during shipping, just send us a picture to showing the damage and we will issue you a store credit for the damaged items immediately. You can then use the store credit to replace the items as needed or purchase other items that you might need.

Defective Item Policy

Should you receive an item that is defective, contact us right away so we can work to resolve the issue. Many times we have found that with a few suggestions we can actually make that product work for you, but if not we will work with the& manufacturer to resolve the defect as soon as possible.
